HYDRADERM · WOODLEY
Resurfaced first. Then fed.
HydraDerm Glow combines the hydrating benefits of a HydraFacial with the refreshing properties of Dermaplaning. The blade goes first, which is the whole reason the second half works harder than it would alone.
THE ORDER IS THE POINT
Two treatment steps, in a deliberate order
Dermaplaning takes the dead surface layer and the fine facial hair off. Everything the HydraFacial then puts in has less to get through — which is why the pair is smoother than either on its own.
Dermaplaning first
A blade removes dead skin cells and fine facial hair, which creates a smoother texture and — the part that matters for what follows — lets ingredients penetrate better.
Then the HydraFacial
Vortex technology cleanses, exfoliates, extracts impurities and infuses serums with hydrating and anti-ageing properties, into skin that has just had its surface layer taken off.
WHAT IT ADDRESSES
Texture, lines and hydration
HydraDerm is designed for concerns including uneven texture, fine lines and hydration.
The blade is why the texture changes, and why everything in the other column gets further in than it would on its own.
Driven into skin that has just had its surface layer taken off, which is the whole reason for doing the two in this order rather than the other.
The treatment combines resurfacing and hydration in one appointment. Your therapist will explain what to expect afterwards based on your skin.
Smoother than either alone.
Sessions are spaced to suit your skin and goals, with the plan agreed at consultation rather than fixed in advance.
THREE THAT SOUND ALIKE
Aquapure, HydraFacial or HydraDerm?
They share a principle and they are not the same treatment. If what you want is the gentlest option or the cheapest, this is not it — and it is worth saying so on the page selling the dearest one.
Gentlest of the three, and the only one with a 30-minute version. Suitable for sensitive skin.
